This ownership provides a one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen including a dining and living room area and all the amenities of a luxurious apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.  This Registered Red Week will allow stays all year round with the only exceptions of the Christmas Holidays, Easter time and Holy Week. 

 

The Mayan Palace Resorts offer optional all-inclusive facilities with a wide variety of international cuisines from fine dining to casual dining to meet everyone's taste.  Should you decide to use the kitchen facilities within your suite, grocery stores and shoppings are easily accessible nearby by buses or taxis. 

 

This membership at the Mayan Palace Vacation Club is renewable every 25 years in paying 5 times the annual fee and this renewal can be made up to three (3) times for up to a 100 year term.
